Kim Milch
In 2008, Strand's Arabian Stables was proud to welcome Kim Milch as their new lesson instructor! Kim comes with years of experience riding and teaching both youth and adult amateur riders.
Growing up in Bettendorf, IA, Kim is the oldest of five children. She spent many years training under equestrian and horse chiropractor, Dr. Lissa Kucher of Princeton, IA. Along with experience riding multiple disciplines in both Western and English divisions, kim has a strong foundation in dressage.

Kim has an exceptional ability to work patiently with children and adults of all ages and at all riding levels: from the beginners first lesson, to the more seasoned rider wanting to polish their skills; from the rider simply wanting to have fun, to the individual striving to participate in the Arabian horse shows across the country! The goals of each rider are evaluated, and lessons are geared toward those individual goals. "I encourage students to feel the horse underneath them, so they are able to react effectively to the horse's behavior," states Kim.
Jody and Janice Strand consider Kim an incredible addition to Strand's Arabian Stables. "Safety, learning, and fun are three very important aspects to each lesson. Kim brings that to each lesson, as well as exuding a calm atmosphere and extreme patience with all of our riders. We are thrilled to have her as a part of our family here at Strand's!" |
